Graphic Learning Interventions for McBride & Butner Elementary

Working with the schools’ architect, we created over twenty learning interventions for two newly constructed, project-based elementary schools. These learning interventions connect the school community, physical space, and curriculum. Informed by P21’s Framework for 21st Century Learning, Common Core State Standards, and Next Generation Science Standards, the learning interventions take a variety of forms—wayfinding, murals, signage, and storage. I helped see these projects through, from pitch to installation.
